Terrible service!!! They gave us outdoor heaters that ran out of gas after just a few hours and tried calling serval times for assistance but nowhere to be found and they did not even bother to apologise in the morning for the inconvenience caused.

A bunch of scammers, been calling for weeks now requesting my deposit for chairs rented on Christmas Day. I returned the chairs 10am on the 26th and it’s now the 14th of Jan and they have given me the run around and now no longer take my calls. I will be taking them to court. Do yourself a favour and avoid these scammers.

Absolutely shocking service. Terrible communication- I communicated my event time & date. I kept having to follow up on when items will be delivered. 1 hr before my event start date I was told delivery won’t be possible due to rain. I need to arrange collection. Items was then put in a Bolt and I was told I needed to pay the trip and it was set to cash. When the items arrived the tables were rusted and paint flaking, one table was completely different to the other. 3 in width & height which made set up difficult, glasses were all different sizes, the agreed upon and paid for number of cutlery items were not delivered. No follow up communication whether the items arrived or not. Next day without prior communication I was told they are on their way to collect.
