10/10 top-tier service. We had our staff year-end event on 13 December 2025. The service was excellent. The food was great. SpitMeister arranged prompt and was so chilled in terms of time for dishing. I would highly recommend it if you want excellent service! We will definitely be making use of SpitMeister again!

From a people aspect SpitMeister was really good, however from start to finish we experienced poor communication , late arrival and confusion. We booked them for a big corporate client and we hope for a better experience. Their staff were friendly and welcoming, but its all the little factors that added up that gave us a bad experience. We did get a few complaints that the lamb was a bit raw which put us as the events coordinators in a difficult position. Additionally they ran out of salad, and wanted to charge us more on the day.

Last year December 2024 , myself & colleagues requested the services of Spit Meister, we booked well in advance and paid well inadvance and noted our needs which they agreed upon. Upon the day of our event they came late, brought one person to set up serve we had to assist so that the courses would be served in time. Worst of all they forgot one of our sides and now have noted that in order for us to get a refund they first need to investigate? Not sure what needs to be investigated when they forgot to bring a key side. Overall we were bitterly disappointed and the even left us exhausted as we had to assist with the service . I would not recommend for any corporate nor private event!
