My friends engagement photos were beautiful. Did not deliver same quality photos for the wedding. Refuses to remove and replace photos. Requested a photo of a non-relevant photo to be replaced with relevant photos. She refused. I feel that as they had paid her a lot of money, they could at least ask for a few more photos that are relevant, taking into account they asked for them as replacement photos, not additional. Furthermore, 99% of the photos are blurry, distorted, overedited (in such a way that people in the background have eye effects) or look like they have been taken with a blackberry curve. After numerous attempts to rectify the issues, more and more refusal occured. My friends photos are on her website.
