Every Photo Booth activation booking with Syzygy, includes a Complimentary Black 360 Video Booth (FREE) for the same duration of the engagement. In exchange for a fair review left on social media/ google after their experience with Syzygy. Video files will be released to the client upon proof provided of the review being posted.

To maintain our high standards of service and operational readiness, the following terms apply to all our services / bookings: 1. All listed prices in this catalogue are Inclusive of 15% VAT. Minimum booking duration is 2 hours for R3500, thereafter R1000 per hour 2. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking and secure the date. 3. The remaining balance is due strictly TWO weeks prior to the event. 4. 30 Day / 60 Day Accounts: An additional fee will be charged for delayed payments due to specific company payment policies. 5. Content Deadline: All custom design assets, branding, and content must be provided 10 days prior to the event. 6. A minimum booking requirement of 2 hours applies to all activations & services. 7. Vendor & Equipment Setup: We provide a 2-hour complimentary early setup with every booking to ensure the activation is ready before guests arrive. Décor & extensive installations might require additional time. 8. Digital Delivery: All digital media is delivered post-event via a secure, private OneDrive link. (time estimation is 8 working days for photobooth & 360 video content. Professional Photos & videos have a 3 to 5 week lead time) 9. Overtime: Extensions on all our services are R1500 per hour, subject to manager approval. 10. Marketing: Syzygy Entertainment™ retains copyright for promotional use unless a prior NDA is established, or other requirements have been agreed upon. 11. A Booking contract form is to be signed by the client upon booking confirmation. However, payment of the booking is also seen as an agreement by the client to the Syzygy Services Terms and Conditions as set out in the booking contract form.
