Tucked away on Plot 64 Waterblom Street, our estate offers a unique setting for your dream wedding, complete with storybook backdrops, generous hosting space, and friendly service to ensure your day is as memorable as it is magical. The best part? VESA is situated in a No Load Shedding Zone, thanks to its proximity to a water pump station—meaning uninterrupted power on your big day.
Versatile Venue Spaces
Our venue spans approximately 720 sqm under roof and overlooks our main equestrian arena, which features concrete stadium seating for up to 1000 spectators. Whether you're planning an intimate celebration or a grand affair, VESA has you covered.
Main Banquet Hall: Seats up to 190 guests, ideal for elegant indoor receptions.
Chapel: Comfortably seats 190 guests and features a private entrance via a tranquil garden.
Outdoor Ceremony Spaces: Grassy, open areas offer beautiful options for an alfresco ceremony.
On-Site Accommodation: A self-catering 3-bedroom flat near the chapel is available for bridal preparations and overnight stays.

At VESA, we know that every wedding is unique. That’s why we offer flexible hire options and allow you to bring your own caterers, DJs, coordinators, and decorators. If you need assistance, we also provide a curated list of trusted and competitive vendors.
Catering & Décor Options
You're welcome to use your own suppliers, but to assist your planning, we offer indicative pricing.
We also offer a horse-drawn carriage to make your grand entrance even more magical. Our beautiful horses are available for photos at no additional cost.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the warm hospitality of the couple running it. Their attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that every moment of the wedding ran smoothly. The seating arrangements in the venue were comfortable, and the dance floor was spacious enough to accommodate all of us. The beds in the B&B we stayed in were cozy, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.
